With 7+ years of experience, Tandeka brings a unique blend of expertise in sustainability, ESG reporting, and impact investment with in-depth knowledge of agribusiness and agricultural value chains. She has worked closely with agronomists, cooperatives, and industry stakeholders, translating data-driven insights into practical, scalable solutions. At DAS, she leverages her collaborative approach and sector knowledge to equip smallholder farmers with resources, market access, and visibility — driving both profitability and positive impact.

Operations Manager
Chuma is a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional with a solid background in Human Resources and Public Administration. Holding a Diploma in Human Resources, she is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government, Administration, and Development.
